North Street Derby This is a scheme for six 2 bedroom apartments. Then our developer client bought the site and asked us to develop the detailed drawings and obtain building regulations approval. A very prominent corner site, with a contemporary flavour. Swinburne Street Derby This scheme for nineteen 1 bedroom apartments is nearing completion. A traditional design intended to reinforce the street scene and pick up on local forms, details and materials. We prepared the scheme design and production drawings and obtained both planning and building regulations approval. King Street Derby We obtained planning approval for this scheme of 24 apartments on a very prominent site on Derby’s ring road quite near to Radio Derby. Sold on to a housing association shortly after obtaining approval this scheme was never built. Milford Road Duffield A former office site we obtained outline planning permission for the owner who then sold the site on at an increased value. We were retained by the purchaser and prepared a detailed scheme of 8 apartments, obtained planning approval, then moved on to preparing a full set of production drawings and obtaining building regulations approval. Whitaker Road, Derby An award winning design in very traditional materials and forms, this scheme of 6 apartments makes a very positive streetscape contribution to a prominent road junction. |
