Arthur Medical Centre Horsley Woodhouse Our practice has a long history with the Arthur Medical Centre. Around seven years ago Jonathan designed a small extension onto the end of the original surgery. Approximately 4 years ago we added a further two consulting rooms together with some storage and a lift to ease disabled access through the building. Most recently we added this project which consisted of another two consulting rooms to the rear, but more prominently a new pharmacy to the side. We provided full service on both these latter projects, preparing drawings, procuring the works and administering the contract through to certifying completion Tutbury Congregational Church A scheme of renovations and alterations, mostly internal but including a new roof. To upgrade toilets offices and kitchen, and to improve access throughout the building. Project value approx £175k Matlock Methodist Church Another scheme of modernisation and renovations. Approx project value £60k Quarndon Church Hall An extension to provide store rooms, toilets and an internal staircase. Built to a very tight budget and designed to minimise shading of the neighbours house. Not the prettiest of buildings but included here to demonstrate we can put our architectural aspirations on hold whilst we deliver the project that the client needs. Project value approx £60k |
