Office Cinder Bank Ironville Conversion of a former stables in the grounds of a grade 2 listed building. We prepared both scheme design and production drawings and obtained planning approval, listed building consent and building regulations approval. Construction due to commence soon. Co-op Store, Riddings A new co-operative store with a small self contained retail unit at the end. The design and planning approval was obtained by a third party, but we developed the scheme in liaison with the co-op estates manager into a set of production drawings and obtained building regulations approval. Hotel & Dining Room Moss Cottage, Ripley A dining room and hotel extension to a pub in Ripley. Designed by an interior designer, Andy Goddard, we prepared all the production drawings to discharge the remaining planning conditions and obtain building regulations approval Distribution HQ Barton under Needwood A new headquarters building for this very progressive company who distribute medical supplies to retailers. Designed fully in 3D, we got as far as informal consultations with the local planners, but then for reasons beyond our clients control the project stopped and is unlikely to proceed. Head Office Lows Lane Stanton by Dale A small part of a larger site being developed by our client. Designed specifically for a local housing developer we got as far as obtaining planning permission. Another project stalled by the credit crunch, our client currently seeks another tenant. |
